We have been using the RMBS HR and EWS system for about 6 months. It is very easy to use. When you enter data in HR, it is automatically updated in MIP. First, Melinda trained our HR/Payroll staff (3 people) on both the HR and EWS pieces. We decided to train supervisors on EWS, and then have THEM train their staff. This worked well — it, more or less, forced the supervisors to learn, which sometimes doesn't happen.

Melinda and Dave have been very available. I talk to her, on average, once a week! We have come up with requests that they said would be good and they will be implementing them.

There are always issues when you change the way you do business. Mostly, it's been a fairly easy transition. Melinda and Dave White have been, and are, excellent! Anytime a non-profit has to spend money, it's an issue! We did look at another company. RMBS was most cost effective for us. I believe we have gotten our money's worth, and more.
